Q: I purchased a beat. When will I receive the files?
A: Instantly. As soon as your payment is processed, you will be redirected to a download page. Additionally, a confirmation email containing the download links for your files (MP3, WAV, or Stems) and your license contract will be sent to your email address immediately. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes.
Q: Will the voice tags be removed after purchase?
A: Yes. All purchased licenses (Basic, Premium, Trackout, Unlimited, and Exclusive) come with zero voice tags. The "Ivory Lee Beats" tag you hear in the player is for preview protection only.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: The store accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure.

Q: Do I need to clear any samples?
A: No. This is the Ivory Lee guarantee. Unlike many other producers, I do not use copyrighted samples from old records. Every melody, bassline, and chord progression is 100% hand-played and originally composed by me. You will never face legal issues or sample clearance fees with my beats.
Q: Can I upload my song to Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube?
A: Yes, absolutely. All licenses allow you to distribute your song on major streaming platforms. Please check the licensing table to see the streaming limits (e.g., Basic up to 10k streams, Unlimited has no cap).
Q: Can I monetize my video on YouTube?
A: Yes, you can monetize your video and keep the ad revenue. However, you are NOT allowed to register your song with YouTube Content ID (or similar copyright protection services) unless you have purchased an Exclusive License. Using Content ID with a non-exclusive license causes copyright strikes for other artists who leased the same beat and is a violation of the contract.
Q: How do I credit you?
A: Proper credit is required for all releases. Please list the producer in the song title or credits as follows:

Kategorie 3: LICENSES & UPGRADES (Lizenzen & Upgrades)
Q: What is the difference between leasing and exclusive rights?
A: Leasing (Basic, Premium, Trackout, Unlimited) means you are buying the right to use the beat, but I maintain ownership and can sell the beat to others as well. Exclusive Rights means you become the sole owner of the beat. It will be removed from the store immediately and never sold again.
Q: Can I upgrade my license later?
A: Yes. If you bought a Basic License and your song blows up, you can easily upgrade to a Premium, Unlimited, or Exclusive License (if still available). You only pay the difference in price. Please contact me at contact@ivoryleebeats.de for an upgrade.
Q: What are "Trackouts" (Stems) and why do I need them?
A: Trackouts (included in the Trackout & Unlimited License) are the individual audio files of the beat (e.g., Kick separately, Snare separately, Bass separately, Piano separately). This is essential if you plan to have your song professionally mixed and mastered, as it gives the engineer full control over the sound.

§1 Scope of Application These Terms and Conditions apply to all business transactions between Ivory Lee Beats (hereinafter: "Producer") and the customer via the website ivoryleebeats.de.
§2 Licensing & Ownership
All instrumentals remain the sole property of Ivory Lee Beats. By purchasing a license, you receive a limited right to use the beat.
This is not a sale of the copyright.
The specific usage rights (streaming limits, distribution, etc.) are determined by the license type selected at the time of purchase (Basic, Premium, Trackout, Unlimited, or Exclusive).
§3 No-Sample Guarantee The Producer guarantees that all compositions are 100% original. No copyrighted samples from third-party recordings were used. The customer is not required to clear any samples for the release of their song.
§4 Delivery & Refunds
Delivery is made instantly via download link after payment is confirmed.
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. There is no right of withdrawal or refund once the download has commenced.
§5 Content ID & Registration It is strictly prohibited to register any song created with a non-exclusive beat in any Content ID system (e.g., YouTube Content ID, Identifyy). This is only permitted with an Exclusive License.
§6 Credit Requirement Credit must be given to "Ivory Lee Beats" in all metadata and titles (e.g., Produced by Ivory Lee Beats).
